You're invited for some Holiday Healing! Find some peace during the bustle with a mini stretch and beautiful sound bath session led by Jacqueline Gorton.

We are thrilled to have Jacqueline back in Massachusetts to lead a mini stretch with some beginner yoga followed by a sound bath session at Lighthouse Fitness.

Join us during this holiday season for some light refreshments, including samples of Green Compass CBD gummies and functional mushroom products designed to support your health. Danielle Blasidell will be on hand to discuss the powerful benefits of hemp-based and botanical wellness supplements and to answer any questions you may have..
