We’d love to get you and your pre-toddling babies in for a workout in the studio. We’ll focus on core strength and balance, especially as we regain strength after pregnancy. Ideally, your baby will be able to be present safely while you grab some time for yourself. We’ll keep the group small, with maximum class size of 6. Pre-registration is required so we can maintain the small class format.
